To cover all forms of equipment used to inject/blend additive into the fuel flowing from the refueling equipment to the aircraft. For any additive, injected by any means. We plan 4 basic types of equipment from fully manual to fully automatic.
Rationale: This ARP will allow additive and aircraft manufacturers to have a variety of options as to what is needed and proper for any particular additive and aircraft..This will be ONLY on the refueling equipment, not to be mounted onto or part of the aircraft.
