Rationale:
This document is being revised in several places for clarification and consistency: the wording of 4.7 was changed for consistency with 4.5 and 4.6; the wording of 4.8.1 was changed for consistency with 4.6.1 and 4.7.1; and 5.1 and 5.2 were changed to specifically call out tail lamp voltage requirements.
