This project would provide use-case concepts, system requirements, architecture, wireless communication protocol and any associate messages to support automated marshalling (remote control) of vehicles in manufacturing plants, depots, parking lots and garages utilizing infrastructure. The infrastructure can detect objects and obstructions to help guide automated vehicles starting from vehicle onboarding, maneuver completion and off-boarding. Using wireless communication, the application protocol allows infrastructure to guide and coordinate the vehicles to follow and maneuver along paths defined by the infrastructure in controlled environments.
