V2X Infrastructure Support for GNSS Corrections

This document contains the requirements for transmitting position corrections information using the SAE J2735 and Radio Technical Commission for Maritime Services (RTCM) standards. The approach described in this document enables interoperability and consistent implementations in support of lane-level vehicle positioning for V2X infrastructure applications.
Rationale: Position corrections have been shown to be useful for connected intersection deployments, and these benefits may extend beyond connected intersections to other V2X infrastructure applications. This document generalizes those requirements so positioning corrections features can be referenced by other V2X infrastructure efforts.
