Fitting Assembly, Elbow 90°, Reducer and Nonreducer, Internal Flare to Flared Tube AS4407

At the last revision the Procurement Spec was revised and was inadvertently changed to the QPL note. The Flared fittings are only QML’d parts. This revision corrects the error done at the last revision.
