Rectify the Zinc coating callout by reinstating “Type 1” to the ASTM B 633 callout.

Rationale:
At previous revisions, the Zinc Coating ASTM B 633 note specified Type 1, Class 1. At rev C, the “Type 1” was unintentionally omitted from the note. This revision is to return “Type 1” to the Zinc coating specification callout.
