Rationale: Video systems have become common as a visual aid to Commercial Airline Transportation pilots consisting of a camera, lighting for the camera in dark ambients, and display of the video information in the flight deck on displays. The document shall be used to aid engineers and designers in ensuring that all operational, system requirements, certification, and lessons learned are considered in the design.
