Safety-Security Interactions for Aircraft/System Development

Generate guidance and example(s) regarding Airworthiness Security inputs to the Aircraft/System Development Processes in ARP 4754B sections 4.2 thru 4.6, and section 6. Also, clarify any essential output(s) from the Aircraft/System Development Processes that the Airworthiness Security Process DO-326A requires as input(s).
Rationale: There is currently no guidance within the Aircraft/System Development Process (ARP 4754B) or Safety Assessment Process (ARP 4761A) to cover the interactions to and from the Airworthiness Security Process (DO-326A). The proposed guidance in the form of an Aerospace Information Report will ensure both ends of each interaction are present and correct, whilst also ensuring holistic consideration of risks to safety, not only from failure conditions but also from threat conditions, during Aircraft/Systems Development and Modification/Reuse.
