Suspension Shock Absorber Piston Seal System Evolution Using Molded P.T.F.E. Rings 973094

Using new process and new assembly concept, where P.T.F.E rings are directly molded in the piston it because possible to obtain a considerable gain in the rebound forces of shock absorbers
This gain is obtained by a better ring anchorage, less dimensional variation when assembled to the piston and using a flexible skirt that warrants a complete piston sealing in respect to the pressure tube.
