Defining An Evolving Role for SQA, as an Information Provider, Within a Maturing Software Organization 972224

We have all read about the software crisis facing industry today; some of us have even experienced it firsthand. The solution to this growing crisis is the implementation of sound software management practices into the development process-and key to effective software management is the availability of accurate and timely information. The focus of SQA activities must change from simple process verification to process validation and improvement.
