Value-Based Decision Making at the SAE Section Level: A South Florida Section Case Study 970771
The concepts of Value Analysis have been applied to the decision-making that goes into the organization, marketing, detailed planning and execution of the programs for an SAE Section year in the South Florida Section. The SAE South Florida Section utilized the concepts of Value Analysis to 1) organize, 2) survey the customer 3) formulate marketing concepts, 4) complete meeting planning and details, and 5) execute meeting plans.
