How Different P/M Materials are Machined Today Costs and Resulting Surface Finishes 940358
This paper tries to present a summary of particularities in machining sintered parts focusing on the comparison against conventional materials. Machinability, tolerances and costs comparisons are undertaken. The resulting surface textures and its measurement on porous surfaces are commented.
