The Performance Improvement and Experimental Research of 323 Counterrotating Reactor Torque Converter 932417

A series of theoretical analysis and experimental research has been carried out on the 323 counterrotating reactor torque converter, from which the cause of low stall torque ratio and maximum efficiency is found, and the relevant improvement measures have been adopted. The experimental results of the improved torque converter show that the stall torque ratio is increased from 4.31 to 5.2, and the maximum efficiency from 81.6% to 82.3%, with the other performance parameters a little better or unchanged.
