New System for Composite Drilling and Fastening 922402
A new system for composite drilling and fastening has been developed, which shows considerable cost savings. The precision holes and countersinks can be produced automatically with the special drilling unit in one set-up similar to using an automatic riveter.
Chips and drilling dust can be removed through the closed, self-contained tool and disassembly for cleaning and deburring of holes is not required. Fasteners can be installed through a template.
