Accelerated Corrosion Testing of Automotive Radiators of Copper Materials - A Critical Survey 920181

In this report the copper materials generally used in automotive radiators are described. After a brief survey of general principles for corrosion testing, the assessment of air-side as well as water-side corrosion resistance is discussed, taking into account the corrosion conditions in practice and test methods available. Conclusions are made concerning test methods to use.
