CD changers which enable users to select a disc and play it from multiple stored discs in a magazine is accelerating CD's prevalence in automotive entertainment.
Recently, we have developed a single DIN size CD changer which is installable in the dashboard. It allows the driver to change discs without leaving the seat of the vehicle.
Technical difficulties encountered and solved throughout the development are listed in the following.
