Relationship Among Phosphating Process, Coating Crystal Structure and Corrosion Resistance 891252

Phosphating plays a vital role in increasing the corrosion resistance of a vehicle. The P1 P+H ratio, coating porosity and crystal structure in various types of phosphating processes have been investigated, in this paper, with X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and potentiostat. The interrelationship along phosphating process, crystal structure and corrosion resistance performance have been discussed in particular. It is expected that the paper say provide sole reliable information for the development of phosphating processes.
