The Behaviour of Metal Supported Catalysts in Subzero Conditions 890023
The effects of the subzero conditions on metal supported and close-loop three-way automotive catalysts developed by Kemira Oy are discussed in this research.
Tests were performed to study the effects of the ambient temperature, the thermal insulation and the block heater on the light-off time and the warming of the different parts of the catalyst.
