Safety Belt Use: Some Products Liability Considerations 840331

Anecdotal and published case reports are presented illustrating the variety of allegations which could be made in such cases as well as tactical defense considerations relevant to manufacturers. Substantial litigation exposure makes it desirable for manufacturers to be cognizant of products liability risks and to consult with their counsel notwithstanding a strong commitment to making safe products.
