To achieve the world class quality standards Divgi-Warner meticulously follows a highly effective tool known as Quality System Basics (QSB).QSB helps Divgi-Warner to preserve integrity of commitment to achieve manufacturing excellence. This case study covers the Quality System Basics implementation experience of Divgi-Warner Pvt. Ltd. (DWPL) India, a BorgWarner's plants located at Pune and Sirsi in India.
