Forming Characteristics and Quality Control of Integrated Side-frame Outer Panel 2005-01-1489
In this paper, the forming characteristics and material flowing behavior of the integrated side-frame outer panel are analyzed in detail by finite element method. Meanwhile the ideal mechanical properties and coating type are determined according to their effects on the formability of electrical galvanized sheet steel. On the basis of evaluation of different material mechanical properties on strain distribution, their influences on the stamping process of side-frame outer panel are analyzed. In addition, the key material mechanical parameters and their fluctuating scopes are put forward to realize stable stamping of side-frame outer panel.
