Dynamic Characterization of Viscoelastic Materials 2004-01-3304

In this study is analyzed the behavior of the viscoelastic materials used in DDS (double damping system) that transfer the torque from crankshaft to auxiliaries parts of the engine and the mathematic model it was done to validate the behavior of this materials.
The comparative data, from the synthetic and natural rubber, it was done to analyze the behavior of these different materials, since as, their stiffness and damping characteristics.
