A destructive test is distinguished from other tests because it must be carefully planned and conducted due to the impossibility of repetition in case of fail. The purpose of a test is the verification or the demonstration of the specimen compliance with its requirements or just a data acquisition for the specimen evaluation during its development. In order to reach these objectives, the use of an instrumentation to evaluate the behavior of several parameters is a necessity. This paper covers several types of instrumentation used in destructive tests of unmanned vehicle, mainly missiles and its subsystems, based on tile experience acquired by the authors during the development of the MSS-1.2 anti-lank missile. Test execution, primary data processing and data analysis are covered too.
