The Maxwell electric dynamometer, as the major test instrument, has helped to achieve better coach maintenance standards at Madison Bus Co. With a two man mileage controlled inspection system, and having the coach maintenance men making the major repairs indicated, we are able to keep our coaches in service with a minimum of on-the-road breakdowns, which results in lower parts and labor costs.
