QFD (Quality Function Deployment) is a systematic tool to arrive at product specifications through customer’s voice. This paper presents an overview of making design process more robust and reducing the cost and errors in product design, promotion of teamwork and hence improves customer satisfaction for the Seating System using QFD tool.
